(excepting the * items, which are under the number of hours required to qualify for the grant)

On top of this grant, many families are eligible for an ADDITIONAL Child Care Subsidy for up to $266 per month — we strongly recommend that all families apply for this funding here.

These two programs will allow us to average our tuition fees to $15/day for families in our school.

How and When is Tuition Charged? Do you charge Late Fees?

Tuition fees are due by the 1st of every month, payable through Quickbooks (Interact or Credit Card), e-transfer, or cheque. Credit Card payments are subject to a 2.6% processing fee. If payment is not received by due date, a Late Payment Fee will be applied to your account at the rate of $5 per day. After 3 late payments, fees will be required two weeks in advance or service may be suspended. Each situation is dealt with on an individual basis.

Why are some days so much more expensive than others?

The Affordability Grant applies to students who are registered for 50+ hours each month. Students registered for fewer than 50 hours are not eligible for this funding.

Do you charge Wait List and Registration Fees?

Families can register on our Wait List free-of-charge as an expression of interest in registering for our program. Families that complete the registration form and trigger administrative procedures will be charged a $60.00 Non-Refundable Registration Fee is required before the Registration can be processed.

Completing a registration form does not confirm entry into our program. Once your registration form and fee have been processed, you will be contacted with confirmation details for your child's final placement in the program.
